My top 3 worries related to problem drinking:
- That I will never be able to quit long term.
- That I will relapse, especially after confronting conflict.
- That I will never accomplish my goals.
I understand your concern, but we are taking all the actions required to not have to worry about that. Whenever I feel these concerns creep up, I will take some form of action, however big or small. I will do another step. I will review what I have written in the past. I will go over my vision for the future. And I will write and talk to my higher self.
