Day 9: The Action Solution

Replace worry with action.

“Keep your life creative and simple. What needs to be done right now, in these next three minutes?”Make it easy and quick.

My top 3 worries related to problem drinking: 

  1. That I will never be able to quit long term.
  2. That I will relapse, especially after confronting conflict.
  3. That I will never accomplish my goals.

I understand your concern, but we are taking all the actions required to not have to worry about that. Whenever I feel these concerns creep up, I will take some form of action, however big or small. I will do another step. I will review what I have written in the past. I will go over my vision for the future. And I will write and talk to my higher self.
